Please make sure your iOS is version 3.2 or higher. The 3.1 versions of the iOS are crashing on startup.
What to Do if the Game Crashes or Store Items are Missing
If the game is crashing on you, or items are missing from the Store, try deleting the app from your device and then re-downloading and installing it from iTunes.
All of your profile data and progress in the game is saved on our servers, so you will not lose anything when you do this. When Game Center asks you if you want to keep your name on the Game Center leaderboards, simply touch the “Keep” button.
We are working on an update that will address this problem.
There have been reported issues with some of our titles and the new Verizon iPhone; specifically the display shrinking into a small window in the corner of the screen. We are looking into this issue and will post a fix as soon as we can.

There is a known issue with the movie player when running Trophylite (non-HD Version), Supercross, ATV and ATV Lite on the iPad. If you let the intro movie finish playing, the initial game screen (profile select) will appear and you can play the app. We are in the process of making an update to address this issue and will have an update available in the iTunes store soon. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your support and patience.
There are a couple of reasons why your profile could be illegal.
- Your username must be at least 5 letters long, and you won’t be able to exceed 12.
- If your username contains a space.
- Please refrain from using foul language in your profile name.
- If you are creating a 2XL Live account, your username may already be in use by someone else
- If you are creating a 2XL Live profile, be sure to enter a password.
In multiplayer, if the game doesn’t connect the first time you try to join a session, try again several times until you do connect. The game only makes a single attempt to connect when you press the button and if it fails it does not try again in the current version.
Here’s the best way to ensure your stats are uploaded to the 2XL Live server…
- Please be sure you are connected to a stable internet connection.
- After you select your profile go to the main menu.
- Stay at the main menu for a few minutes. It takes some time to communicate between your device and our server.
- Check online at live.2xlgames.com to see if your profile has been uploaded properly.
If you’ve accidentally deleted the game on your iPhone or iPod, you’ll need to contact Apple iTunes support to be able to re-download the game through iTunes: www.apple.com/support/itunes/
Unfortunately, online support for BAJA has been discontinued by the game’s publisher.
